The Jeff Lau Chun Wai directed science fiction film KUNG FU CYBORG (GEI HEI HUP) will be released in August in Asia. Its actors included Hu Jun, Alex Fong Lik Sun, Betty Sun Li, Ronald Cheng Chung Kei, Jason Wu Jing, Eric Tsang Chi Wai and Law Kar Ying. The production cost nearly 100 million yuan and created the first robot of the East. Fong Lik Sun this time played the lead robot K-1. The director based his design on Jude Law's AI costume with an Elvis hairstyle. The art director even used high definition make up techniques to make his face look perfectly flawless like a store display mannequin. Siu Fong at first was frightened when she saw his own "wax figure" look, but he was also surprised that he was very suitable to be a perfect wax figure. However, everyday he had to spend several hours in make up.

The director also wanted his hairstyle to have an almost human effect. The art director asked for wig master to increase the thickness of the sideburns several times so the audience would believe it was a wig. Yet Siu Fong's wig during the shoot kept slipping off and he kept cracking up for bad takes. Fong Lik Sun claimed that hair was very important to men. Each time he worried that the wig would damage his hair line. Siu Fong in the film also transformed into different looks. Computer graphic designers leaned toward Bruce Lee design concepts and based on the director's blueprints for Fong Siu Sun, then gained inspiration from characters from THE INVESTITURE OF THE GODS (FUNG SUN BONG). Thus, K-1's upper half resembled the Monkey King while the lower half like Nezha rode on wheels of fire, but inside he was a nunchuku wielding Bruce Lee.
